About Us
From one food truck to a royal kitchen.
Same recipes, a bigger kitchen. This is how Apni Royal Kitchen grew, one plate at a time.

Homestyle Indian food, made in Milpitas.
It started with a food truck
Apni Royal Kitchen began as a food truck in Milpitas, serving homestyle Indian food from our window on Junipero Drive.
Vegetarian Indian food
Our truck built its menu around vegetarian Indian cooking — chaat, parathas, curries, and breads, made the way we make them at home.
A growing customer base
Customers came back and brought their friends and families. As the line at the window grew, so did what we needed from our kitchen.
Building our kitchen at 127 Dixon Rd
To keep up, we built our own kitchen at 127 Dixon Rd in Milpitas.
Food truck food, prepared in our kitchen
Today, the food served from our truck is prepared in that kitchen — same recipes, more room to cook them well.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian catering
The kitchen also let us grow into catering. We now offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian catering, prepared separately because the cooking and preparation are different.
Dine-in, planned for December
127 Dixon Rd is currently a catering and preparation kitchen and is not open for dine-in. We plan to open for dine-in in December.
